2. PROCESSING TIME (The Ritual)
Before your lenses enter the orbit, they require preparation.
- Standard Processing: Please allow 2-4 business days for us to pack and dispatch your order.
- Toric / Pre-order Items: If you ordered customized or backordered "fragments," this may take additional time as indicated on the product page.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a "Mission Update" email with your tracking number.
3. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
While we cover the shipping cost, import duties and taxes are not included (except for the USA Standard Line mentioned above).
- International orders may be subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based off product value.
- These fees are not included in your Orbit Eyes order and/or shipping total. Orbit Eyes assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional, or give-away items.
4. PACKAGE PROTECTION
The universe is vast and sometimes unpredictable.
To ensure your fragments arrive safely, we have partnered with Route (or similar service) to provide Premium Package Protection.
- By selecting this option at checkout (usually $1-$2), your order is instantly protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- We highly recommend adding this protection. If you decline package protection, Orbit Eyes is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items once the carrier marks them as "Delivered."

Tried it? Didn't love it? No worries.
If you have just opened your first pair of Orbit Eyes and decide the "vibe" isn't right for you, you don't need to stress. You can exchange it for a different color or get a full refund for that pair (excluding shipping fees).
The best part? You don’t need to return the opened lenses to us. (Because hygiene matters to the universe).
📋 ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for this "No-Return" Guarantee, the following must apply:
- First Voyage: This must be your first purchase with us. This program is designed for new explorers trying Orbit Eyes for the first time.
- Original Series: The item must be from the Orbit Eyes Zodiac Collection.
- Regular Price: Items must be purchased at regular price (not applicable to clearance or "Gift with Purchase" items).
- One Pair Limit: This guarantee applies to one opened pair per order.Pro Tip: If you ordered multiple boxes (e.g., Leo and Pisces), please open just one first to see if they fit comfortably. If you don't like it, the unopened remaining boxes are still eligible for our Standard Return & Exchange.
> Note: For custom-made Toric lenses (if applicable), refunds will be issued solely in the form of Store Credit.
🛠️ DEFECTS & ISSUES
While our 30-Day Try-On Guarantee applies to your first trial pair, we will always take full responsibility if the universe makes a mistake. We will reship or refund without a return if:
- The fragments (lenses) themselves are defective.
- Incorrect quantity or wrong constellations were delivered.
- The package was lost in the galaxy (transit).
⏳ HOW TO CLAIM
This claim needs to be made within 30 days of receipt. That is plenty of time to try out your new look!

STANDARD RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While our 30-Day "Galaxy" Guarantee covers your first open pair, our Standard Return Policy applies to all other items (e.g., extra unopened boxes, accessories).
1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any unopened and sealed items.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
To be eligible for a standard refund:
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened condition. The "Void" seals on the lens vials/blisters must be intact. (For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened items back into the inventory unless they are part of the First-Pair Guarantee).
- Completeness: Please include all original packaging, including the art box, cards, and leaflets.
- Exclusions: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with a discount of 30% or more cannot be returned.
3. NO RESTOCKING FEE
Unlike many other studios, we do not charge a restocking fee.
If you change your mind, you will receive a refund for the product value.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to our warehouse.
- Original Shipping: Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable (as this money has already been paid to the courier).
5. HOW TO RETURN
- Signal Us: Email [support@orbiteyesstudio.com] with your Order ID.
- Get Coordinates: We will provide you with the nearest return address.
- Ship It: Please pack the items securely. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.Note: The universe is vast. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost during the return journey.
6. REFUND TIMELINE
Once your return lands at our base and is inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
